AQUA FITNESS BY ANAND PARDESI

Aqua fitness is a novel, fun and yet a rigorous way of doing cardio and toning exercises in water. Even non-swimmers can participate in this program. It is suitable for all age groups

Heath Matthews name with over 20 years of experience working in sports science, health and fitness in India. Extensive engagement with sports federations, government bodies, sports teams

and individual athletes including 8 Olympic medalists and 5 world number ones. The name Heath Matthews is synonymous with elite level sports, fitness and rehab in India. Heath has a foundation in Physiotherapy and has spent his career pushing the boundaries of his profession to deliver outstanding results. Heath founded Mumbai’s first fully integrated Sports Science and Medicine Centre at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital before taking the helm at a second centre at Sir H.N Reliance Foundation Hospital. Heath has worked in every major sport in India at the highest level as well as the IPL and ISL. He set up and ran the first public private partnership between Reliance Industries and the Odisha Government in athletics. He brings his learning’s from decades of elite athlete management to create a revolutionary platform, pushing the boundaries of human performance.
